With this motion (NR.220), we commission the magistrate to examine under which conditions the use of solar thermal energy and photovoltaics is possible in areas affected by a conservation statute. In view of the climate crisis, it unreasonable to hinder the production of renewable energy. In particular, small photovoltaic systems installed on balconies are, for many people, a simple step towards the urgently needed energy transition.
