With this motion (NR.391), we instruct the magistrate to assess which Ukrainian city would be a suitable Twin City to Frankfurt. After the end of the Russian war of aggression, the magistrate should then approach the selected city and seek a Twin City arrangement in order to support it in its reconstruction process within the scope of our possibilities.
